I am searching for a studio or one bedroom apartment available for rent for myself only. A basic private, quiet living space: kitchen, bathroom, small den/lounge area is ok, some closet space and if possible laundry room. Furnished/semi-furnished..can work on furnishings if needed.
I am a clean, quiet and mature female with no smoking habits of any kind, I have a clean background, no pets, no drama. I work during the week in the Scottsdale area and do prefer to stay within the Scottsdale area in remaining close to work and all the fine shopping, cafés, restaurants, entertainment and nice local walking/hiking areas. Not in a rush for a move, but possibly starting around December...otherwise into the new year. Starting around $900 montly rent...possibly utilities included.
