Keyway Construction & Roofing is hiring experienced general laborers with carpentry and exterior construction experience.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who have hands-on experience with residential construction and exterior repairs. Applicants must have prior experience performing carpentry-related work and be comfortable working on active construction sites.
Experience we're looking for includes:
Fascia installation and replacement
Soffit installation and repair
Exterior trim installation and repair
Deck construction and repairs
Rotten wood removal and replacement
General residential carpentry and exterior repairs
Using common hand tools and power tools
Job Requirements:
Previous hands-on carpentry or construction experience is required
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
Ability to follow instructions and complete quality work
