Plain and simple people. We’re all musicians and whether we like each other or not we should want to keep the music community healthy. We’re all looking for what we want ie the music we want to play, the people we want to play that music with etc. We all have our own preferences. So as long as no one is insulting anyone or being flat out obnoxious, let’s let each other search for what we want .
