We are looking for an experienced, dependable Grill Cook to join our team in a very busy breakfast and lunch operation.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a hot line, takes pride in preparing quality food, and knows how to keep up when the orders start coming in.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Preparing breakfast and lunch items quickly and consistently.
- Working the grill during busy service periods.
- Keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Working cooperatively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
**What we are looking for:**
- Previous grill cook, short-order cook, or high-volume line cook experience.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy rushes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain quality, cleanliness, and consistency throughout the shift.
