LAST-MILE OPERATIONS MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER — MASPETH, QUEENS

The Brother Load Transportation & Logistics is hiring an experienced Last-Mile Operations Manager / General Manager to run a growing delivery operation out of a Maspeth, Queens facility.
We are looking for someone with experience managing drivers, dispatch, routes, call-outs, backup coverage, and daily delivery operations.
Ideal experience includes Amazon DSP, FedEx Ground contractor operations, OnTrac/LaserShip, last-mile delivery, or fleet management.
You must be highly organized, dependable, tech-savvy, comfortable working from a laptop, and capable of making operational decisions independently.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing drivers and daily attendance
• Dispatching and monitoring routes
• Handling call-outs and backup coverage
• Managing driver performance
• Solving daily operational issues
• Monitoring delivery completion and exceptions
• Maintaining communication with client operations
Initial compensation: $1,200/week.
7-day operation. Early-morning availability required. 2-5 hours on site.
Company laptop and phone provided.
This is a growth position with additional earning potential as the operation expands.
