PRST is actively hiring for an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our customers industrial manufacturing operation, temp to hire. This is an important role supporting daily production by keeping material moving and ensuring production has a continuous supply of material.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Operate a front end loader safely and efficiently in an industrial manufacturing environment
* Manage and maintain material stockpiles
* Load, move, and organize raw materials
* Keep production supplied with material to prevent interruptions
* Monitor stockpile levels and communicate material needs
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Minimum 1 year of front end loader experience
* Experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar environment
* Ability to safely maneuver equipment around people, structures, and other machinery
* Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
* Commitment to workplace safety
PAY & OPPORTUNITY:
š° Starting pay: $18.00/hr
