This motor unit was purchased at a watchmaker estate sale. The mounting plate ( size 10-3/4"x6-3/4" ) has markings from the base of the countershaft with transmission pulleys used with it previously; the diameter of the base is around 2 3/4”. The mounting plate has a Levin badge.
The motor is a Westinghouse 1/12 HP, 1725 RPM, 115V, with a Furnas X1873 Foot Pedal Switch. The motor runs smoothly. The switch is mounted to the top of the plate; it switches the direction of the motor (forward or reverse).
The power cable is 19” long. The power cable for the pedal switch is 43” long. The cables should be inspected and may need to be replaced for safety purposes due to their age.
Pulley is two rows; one is 2-7/8” in diameter and the other is 1-7/8” in diameter.
