We deliver and set up furniture and bedding in customers' homes for major retailers, at white glove service levels. You'll be the right hand to the Operations Manager and a key part of how the day runs.

Job Purpose:
Support the Operations Manager in supervising daily deliveries and set-ups of bedding and furniture, working alongside teams of independent contractors in a bi-lingual environment.
Duties:
Support daily operations and help carry out objectives set by the account manager
Review paperwork and documentation for returning inventory per location policies
Build strong working relationships with store staff, vendors, and independent contractors
Follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims
Help monitor trucks by GPS and audit stops after completion
Follow and enforce safety standards and procedures
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports and inventory accuracy
Step in to lead the team when the Operations Manager is out
What you bring:
A team player with high energy and a strong work ethic
Dependability, persistence, and good time management
Customer focus and the confidence to interact with clients and customers
Comfort with computers and basic reporting
Ability to work independently when needed
A plus: Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)

Schedule: Locations are typically open 5 days per week, with exceptions for holidays or operational changes. Your schedule will be discussed during the interview, and multiple schedules may be available.
