Experienced Commercial Cleaner Needed – Ossining, NY Weekly Buildings (Ossining)

We are looking for 1–2 reliable, experienced commercial cleaners for a new account in Ossining, NY.
We are starting with 3 buildings, with the account expected to eventually expand to 7 buildings. Each building is cleaned once per week and generally takes approximately 1–3 hours, depending on the location and the cleaner.
The work is straightforward, but you must be able to follow the provided cleaning schedule carefully and complete all assigned tasks without constant supervision.
Typical duties include general office/common-area cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, wiping high-touch surfaces, interior glass, stairways/elevator areas, restroom cleaning and disinfecting, trash removal, and some laundry-related duties such as handling, washing, folding, or storing linens. Certain tasks are weekly while others are performed monthly according to the building’s schedule.
This is NOT an hourly-pay position. Each building has a set fee paid per completed cleaning. Once a cleaning is completed properly, that fee is counted toward your next payday.
I may split the 3 buildings between two cleaners. However, if one dependable cleaner proves they can consistently handle all 3 buildings and follow the schedules correctly, I am open to giving that person all 3. There may also be an opportunity for additional work as the account expands.
