T&R Transportation LLC is looking for elite Class A CDL drivers based in the Boise area and surrounding Treasure Valley who take pride in their equipment, prioritize safety, and want consistent miles across the Pacific Northwest without sacrificing their home life. We run a modern fleet of top-tier equipment, hauling critical freight across Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Utah. We are a driver-focused carrier that knows our people by name, not by a truck number.

• Peterbilt 389 Large Cars: Take pride in your ride with legendary, clean, long-hood trucks.
• 605 HP Cummins Power: Serious horsepower built to pull max-weight heavy haul over PNW mountains without breaking a sweat.
• 18-Speed Manual Transmissions: True driver's trucks—no automatic restrictions here.
What We Offer
• $0.57/Mile Total Starting Pay: Earn a strong combined rate of $0.43 base pay + $0.14 tax-free per diem to maximize your direct take-home earnings from day one.
• $0.03/Mile Monthly Mileage Bonus: Drive 12,000 miles or more in a month and receive an extra $0.03 for all miles driven that month.
• $0.04/Mile Monthly Professionalism Bonus: Boost your check by keeping a clean truck interior, making on-time deliveries, maintaining clean log books, and staying professional with customers.

What You Bring to the Team
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record, current medical card, and no automatic restriction.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of verifiable flatbed experience (Maxi/multi-axle preferred).
• Proven ability to handle PNW mountain terrain, winter driving conditions, and proper load securement.
• Commitment to safety, reliable communication, and keeping your assigned 389 spotless.
• Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check.
