Home every weekend. No forced tarping. A guaranteed weekly floor up to $1,750 — you're paid the greater of your miles or the floor.
Requirements: CDL-A · 1.5 years minimum experience (2+ preferred)

Mileage $0.50–$0.55/mi to start by flatbed experience, reviewed at 12 months
New to flatbed: $1,600/wk floor for your first 6 weeks
$40 per extra pick or drop · tarp $75 full / $40 half · detention $20/hr after 2 · layover $150
Clean inspections $150 / $100 · $500 driver referrals
1 week paid vacation after 12 months · discounted health, vision & dental
