Many shops are DRP shops and are super busy because they contract with the insurance co. to use Aftermarket or used parts, as well as new to repair the car or truck. If it is only towable, we will send the wrecker for it and we will pay the bill to get it here. If the insurance has already issued the check to the shop, it too can be reissued to us at Dicks Auto. If any insurance co. asks you to take pictures and send them to the co., don't do it as they cannot see all the damage and will write a check for that amount and hope you cash it, saving them lots of money in the repair.
