About Us-
I have been a healing arts practitioner in Sedona AZ for over 20 years with a love of animals, nature and building. I split my time between here and Sedona AZ. My partner is a physician with similar interests and lives here year round. There are 3 cats on the property, but not not near the site.
REQUIREMENTS- no exceptions
* The land space is large but due to the potential turn radius required to bring it in, 26ft or less for a travel trailer or tiny house. If you have Class A or C motorhome, or a 5th wheel, it can be a little longer.
* Parking for 1 vehicle only
* This is non-smoking or vaping, drug free property.
* No pets unless its an indoor or catio cat or a very small, non barking dog that is leashed at all times.
- Long term living preferred, with a 6 month minimum required
- Background check required
- $575/month includes everything (see above). 1st and last due at move-in
