Hey! I need a carpenter around here and I have a pretty cool casita with a loft and fridge, electric, front porch, and there's even a little bathroom started, the tiles are there, the composting toilet is there, it just needs dry wall and a rain catchment shower installed and the electric hooked up in October! I'm looking for a temporary situation of 3-6 months, but also open to longer if you are super kind and it's working. The rent is 400/month plus the electric bill and the trade is 10/hours a week. This includes your own casita with porch and loft, use the main house kitchen and laundry rooms. This includes internet and five acres to explore. I also leave town quite a bit so that's additional privacy at times in the main house. The casita has some art and a bed and mattress, fridge, table, chairs, but has room for your own charm! Great for someone looking to rent or buy in the area and needs a fall/ winter somewhere while they check out hte best county in the region in my opinion. Thanks, Spencer.
