I am seeking an on site partner or buyer to develop the park out and can sell it for $100,000 Cash or Finance a partner for $50,000
with only $10,000 Down and the $40,000 balance paid when the development loan is in place which my partner must provide.
The property currently has all utilities connected to 9 mobile home spaces along the right and rear perimeter and room for 12 Mobile Home spaces in the Left and Center of the property directly accessible from the main road. Estimated development cost for all utilities (city water , sewer and electric )to the additional 12 spaces is in the $100K area but you can do 1 lot at a time on the 9 open spaces with all utilities first for which I am willing to provide the deed to my free and clear property
I have local wholesale sources to buy used RVs and Mobile Homes at wholesale pricing in the greater Selma area and FINANCING
for end users coming into the park
I own the property free and clear so you should be able to get a construction loan to develop the park..
