Compass Commercial Services is currently seeking an independent contractor, handyperson, or qualified local worker to complete final site punch-list items for a project in Marion, IA.
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Final site clean-up and debris removal
- Touch-up painting and minor cosmetic repairs
- Miscellaneous final punch-list items
SECTION 3 PREFERENCE LANGUAGE:
This project is a federally assisted HUD project. Small business concerns owned by low-income individuals, firms employing low-income individuals, or residents meeting low-income guidelines (including public housing residents) are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualified Section 3 applicants or businesses will receive hiring and contracting preference under HUD Section 3 guidelines.
