What is there to say? If you watch TV, you see advertisements for this kind of stuff all the time. This was hardly used, but the charger has been lost. This was originally bought for my wife. Later given unto my daughter. And neither one of them used the app.
The knob in the photo is used to increase or decrease the difficulty in pedaling.
