Marietta, Georgia opportunity for an established 3PL, Amazon FBA prep center, e-commerce fulfillment company, co-packer, kitting business, contract packaging company, or warehouse operator.
Vintage Candy is seeking a qualified operator to take over an active warehouse, fulfillment, and secondary-packaging operation while continuing to service Vintage as an anchor customer.
This is not a sale of the Vintage Candy brand or Amazon business. Vintage retains its brands, products, purchasing, Amazon listings, and e-commerce sales. The incoming operator takes over the physical fulfillment platform and provides ongoing 3PL/kitting services to Vintage.
OPERATING OPPORTUNITY
• Approximately 5,100 boxes per month of immediate anchor-account volume
• Proven output of approximately 400 completed boxes per day when stocked
• Existing Amazon FBA preparation and shipment workflow
• Multi-channel fulfillment experience covering Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, and Veeqo
• Established BOMs, assembly procedures, inventory replenishment, labeling, case packing, and outbound processes
• Products are factory-sealed snacks—no cooking or open-food processing
• Trained two-person production cell currently operates the account
• Additional warehouse and production capacity available for other 3PL customers
WAREHOUSE AND EQUIPMENT
• Approximately 8,040 square feet in Marietta
• Conditioned warehouse suitable for food, snacks, subscription boxes, e-commerce products, and temperature-sensitive inventory
• Approximately 210 installed pallet positions
• Walk-in freezer capable of approximately -10°F
• Loading dock and drive-in access
• Receiving, pallet storage, inventory staging, assembly, packing, and outbound shipping areas
• Primary gravity-flow pick-and-pack line

The service agreement, facility arrangement, and equipment purchases are separate. The operator does not have to buy every asset.
This is an opportunity to enter or expand in the Marietta and North Atlanta market with an operating warehouse, installed 3PL infrastructure, and initial customer volume already attached.
