I found two Chow Chows roaming together in Maricopa: a golden male (intact) and a black female (spayed). They're sweet and loving, but I see several ticks on the black one. The golden one is a bit thin and scraggly-looking. He's clearly older, maybe 2 or 3, and the girl is probably 1. They're so cute, but I cannot take them in. I've brought them to my backyard so I can feed and water them, but they need proper care. They have no collars or microchips. Please reach out if you can take both and provide them a loving home.
