Field Marketing Representative (Weekend Lead Generator)

Job Type: Part-time (10–20 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible! Weekdays or weekends!
The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, outgoing Field Marketing Rep to help us connect with homeowners in CNY. This is a high-activity outdoor role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and talking to people.
This is a Lead Generation role. You are the first point of contact—your goal is to identify homeowners interested in painting services, collect their project details, and place our branded yard signs in the neighborhood.
How the Pay Works:
We believe in a "Base + Results" model that rewards high-quality work:
$20.00/Hour Guaranteed Base: You are paid for your time, effort, walking the neighborhoods, handing out flyers, and placing yard signs.
$20.00 Performance Bonus: For every lead you submit that results in a scheduled estimate (booked by the owner), you earn an additional $20 bonus.
$20.00 Closing Commission: For every estimate that the sales team closes, you earn an additional $20 commission.
The Potential: Most successful reps generate 1–2 solid leads per hour. If those leads turn into scheduled appointments, you can realistically earn $25.00–$40.00 per hour total.
What You’ll Do:
Canvassing: Knock on doors in target neighborhoods to offer free painting estimates.
Flyering: Leave high-quality marketing materials at every door.
Sign Placement: Secure our branded yard signs at key neighborhood entrances and intersections.
Lead Collection: Gather the homeowner’s name, phone number, and a brief description of their painting needs.
Reporting: Submit your leads and a log of your activity (doors knocked/signs placed) at the end of every shift.
Requirements:
Grit: Comfortable walking outdoors for 4–5 hours (even in winter weather).
Communication: Friendly, professional, and able to handle "No" with a smile.
Reliability: You must have a consistent work ethic and reliable transportation to reach different neighborhoods.
Equipment: Must have a smartphone to record lead details and snap photos of sign placements.
