The BMW Tire Repair Kit Plus with case (featuring the Active Seal air compressor) is an innovative, one-piece mobility system that snaps directly onto the wheel hub to inject sealant and air simultaneously.
The Tire Repair Kit Plus is an innovative solution designed to keep BMW drivers on the road, even in the event of a tire puncture. Launched as part of the standard equipment for selected BMW models from March 2025, this kit effectively seals over 90% of tire damage up to 6mm in diameter, allowing for a quick and safe continuation of the journey without the need for complex assembly or prolonged exposure to hazardous conditions. Only for approved wheels with a 112mm bolt circle. It is not possible to replace the sealant cartridge. Rechargeable battery with included USB-C cable. (sealant shelf life 6 years. 70% state of charge battery 3 years).
It replaces the older mobility kits and ensures a fast, magnet-attached repair to get you safely to a service center. Capability: Temporarily seals tread punctures up to 6 mm in diameter.Driving Limits: Once applied, you can drive a distance of up to 200 km (approx. 125 miles) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h (50 mph).
Active Sealant: The water-based, non-toxic gel is Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) friendly and rinses out easily with water for a permanent repair.Compatibility: The kit is designed for the latest-generation BMWs running standard (NON-run-flat) tires.
