We’re currently expanding our vendor network, especially in Maple Shade, NJ, and we’re looking for skilled, dependable contractors who take pride in their work and are interested in building a long-term partnership with us.

Work With Us & Get Paid on Time
Bi-Weekly Payments
Once your work order is completed and approved by our QC team, you can expect payment within 14 days. We work hard to keep payments consistent and predictable.
Consistent Work Opportunities
We have a steady flow of work orders and are looking for reliable vendors who can assist with roofing, repairs, rehabs, securing, grass cuts, winterization, and more.
Clear Communication and No Runaround
Your time matters. We aim to provide clear expectations, straightforward communication, and a payment process you can depend on.
Current Work Opportunities
- Property repairs- roofing, deck repairs, and more
- Property securing- lock changes, boarding, and related services
- Recurring grass cuts & snow removal
- Winterization
- Trash-outs & janitorial services
Specialized work- plumbing, electrical, mold remediation, and other licensed services
What You’ll Need
1)Aspen Grove ABC Number- required
2)General Liability Insurance- minimum $1M coverage
3)A dependable crew with the proper tools and experience to get the job done right
