We are looking for a reliable contractor to clean and haul away trash, junk, old tires, and general debris from an undeveloped lot.

Contractors are expected to investigate and evaluate the project, including the property's condition, access, and cleanup requirements, before providing an estimate.
🧹 SCOPE OF WORK
• Remove all trash, junk, tires, and general debris
• Haul everything off-site
• Properly dispose of all removed materials
• Leave the property fully cleaned and cleared
🛠️ REQUIREMENTS
• Fixed, all-inclusive price only
• Quote must include labor, tools, equipment, hauling, gas, disposal, materials, and all other costs
• Must have all necessary tools, equipment, and a suitable vehicle/trailer
• Daily rates will NOT be accepted
• Must be able to complete the project efficiently
• No advance payment
📸 PROOF OF WORK REQUIRED
Photos and videos are required at ALL stages:
1️⃣ BEFORE – Photo/video while physically on the property showing the condition before cleanup.
2️⃣ DURING – Photos/videos showing the cleanup work being performed.
3️⃣ AFTER – Final photos/videos clearly showing that the property has been completely cleaned and cleared.
💰 PAYMENT
Payment will be made via PayPal or Zelle AFTER the work is completed and the required photos/videos have been reviewed and verified.
