We actually bought this for our own cat, but the size provided at the store was inaccurate. By the time we got it assembled, we realized it would not fit in the only place we had for it. I have included my own measurements of the tree here, slightly rounded up, so you can make sure it will fit your space. The tree has remained covered and unused since its assembly, waiting for its new home...and the assembly was a bit of a chore, so, believe me, you'll be glad to skip right over that. (The photos are from the manufacturer; the tree you'll get is clean, safe, and untouched by any other animal.)
You will need floor space of approximately 31" x 31", and enough clearance for your cat or cats to comfortably sit or stand in the plush bed at the top which comes up about 63" from the floor. This tree is not recommended for cats weighing more than 22 lbs. Make sure, also, that your vehicle is large enough to transport this item in its pre-assembled state. Cash only. We are unable to deliver the cat tree ourselves, so it will need to be picked up in the Peaceful Valley neighborhood, a little over twenty miles outside Bellingham.
