This cute and cozy RV has been in our family for 7 years and we are ready to part with it! It has just had an engine tuneup and runs great. An easy engine to keep going and all the internal RV systems function fine, propane, electric, water, heat, shower are all good. Water tank pump works, tank needs a fibreglass patch.There is some interior work to do - (latches and cosmetic details) due to the age of the vehicle. It had some water damage from previous owner on the back wall and this would need to be repaired. I renovated some sections of it, but ran out of project time. It has new roof seals and vents and does not leak. Old ceiling insulation was replaced 2 years ago. Best if kept under tarp (included) or covered for fall / winter as old rubber window seals do weep after a month of rain.
It is fun to drive or live out of. It is small enough to fit in most places- 22' long. Will need new tires soon if you plan to travel a lot. The battery needs charging or replaced for continuous use as a driver. This rig would be best parked as a semi-moveable home, but if needing it for regular travel it will need some mechanical knowledge and investment.
I would love to see this little home go to someone who can make good use of it!
