This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of professional hardscape experience.
Experience Required
You should have experience with:
Interlock installation
Interlock removal and relay
Driveways, patios and walkways
Pool decks and pool coping
Retaining walls
Steps
Natural stone / flagstone
Excavation
Base preparation
HPB and granular base
Grading and drainage
Compaction
Polymeric sand
Edge restraints
Measuring and layout
Cutting pavers and stone
Machine & Tool Experience
Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred:
Skid steer
Mini excavator
Excavator
Loader
Quick-cut
Plate compactor
Jumping jack
Grinder
Power tools and hand tools
You must be comfortable safely operating machinery and using a quick-cut.

Minimum 4 years professional hardscape experience
Reliable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Able to work long days when required
Physically capable of landscape construction work
Able to work well with a crew
Able to follow instructions
Able to work without constant supervision
Takes pride in workmanship
Respects equipment, tools and customer property
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's licence is strongly preferred.
Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is an asset.
