Like new condition for the murphy bed. This is a real deal murphy bed with heavy duty spring that can handle a real mattress, not a cheap thin or fold up mattress. It allows for the full weight to be lifted and lowered with ease by anyone. Mattress has some tears from the bolts in the murphy frame. Mattress is firm and quite nice but old. It has always been covered and only ever used a few times in the past decade that we've had this installed. Mattress cover not included as we are now using that on a different bed. Price is for the murphy bed, mattress included free if you want it.
As you can see, we are replacing the flooring and not reinstalling this bed since it never gets used. It is still installed so we will have to take the time to remove it if you want it.
