Are you looking for home grown and locally sorced beef? You have come to the right place. I'm selling full, half, or 1/4's of holstein beef for $9.00/lbs. Holstein beef has been described as a hidden gem of beef breads. It has great evenly distributed marbeling and tends to be more tender then other beef breads like black angus.
If an agreement is reached before October 26th you can participate in the cutting instructions.
You are paying for the cut and wrapped meet, not hanging weight. For a full beef a rough estimate of weight would be approximately 400 lbs.
