RESPONSIBILITIES
* Make outbound recruiting calls
* Speak with prospective applicants by phone and text
* Follow up with leads and referrals
* Schedule qualified candidates for interviews
* Communicate professionally with applicants
* Keep the recruiting pipeline active
* Meet weekly recruiting and activity goals
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
* Confident speaking with new people
* Professional attitude and phone presence
* Dependable and organized
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Able to follow a recruiting system and meet performance expectations
* Able to pass a background check
* Must be available to start immediately
Previous recruiting, customer service, call center, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or sales experience is helpful.
