I'm a mid 30s man currently renting a small 2 bedroom house in Mandeville. I'm probably about a mile from the lakefront, and the trace is like 50 feet from my yard. I don't drink, or use drugs and this very much is not a party house. I have good relations with all of my neighbors and want to keep it that way. I work overnights, so generally need the house to be relatively quiet during the day.
I'm asking for 120 per week and a 240 deposit. Open to monthly as well, details like that will depend on individuals. I'm not in a huge rush here, and would rather get to know someone a little bit before deciding.
