Both are brand new in box, never once opened. I ended up with extra when I built a pc and didn't return them in time. Here are the links for both:

The motherboard runs $220-$300 depending where you shop and the processor is $300 on Amazon and newegg. I want $400 for both, not splitting them up unless you're matching neweggs price. As for performance, I've used the same hardware daily in my machine and couldn't be happier. The motherboard has back facing connectors so you'll need to be sure your case is designed to accommodate that.
