Roof: Metal roofing installed (salvageability of roof and second-story floor to be assessed, in good shpe but maybe difficult to disassemble — may be liftable intact by crane for transport)
Doors/Windows: Only one door opening has been cut — every other window and door placement is open for the buyer to design
Height: Overall height with roof not yet measured/confirmed
What Makes This Special
This cabin was built by hand, log by log — you can see the craftsmanship in every corner joint and beam. Because only a single doorway has been cut into the structure, a buyer has complete freedom to lay out windows and doors exactly where they want them, rather than working around someone else's choices.
Structure & Salvage Details
The logs themselves are in excellent, sound condition (see photos of corner joinery and log ends)
The roof and second-story floor may be salvageable and could potentially be lifted off intact by crane for transport — this has not been fully confirmed but is a real possibility for the right buyer/mover
Buyer will be responsible for disassembly, transport, and reassembly (see mover quote below)
I have obtained an official quote from a professional log home mover who will:
Disassemble the cabin
Brush/prep the logs for transport
Transport within a 50-mile radius
Set up the cabin on an established foundation

This structure is being sold as a shell — no interior finishing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, or windows/doors beyond the single cut opening. Buyer takes on final design, permitting, foundation, and finish-out.
