Thule Excursion cargo box comes with 4 connections for mounting to crossbars. Crossbars will attach to your cars existing rails (factory installed or after market). Cannot work with flush rails. Raised rails only. It's a little rough but everything functions properly, no keys but a Thule dealer will replace lock with new a cylinders and keys.
