Mighty Mule MM271 gate opener. About 2 years old. Installed a larger gate and had to upgrade to larger gate opener. Compatible with solar panel and 12 volt motorcycle battery. I used it with button remotes and remote key pads (Mighty Mule FM137). Includes 2 one button remotes. One remote needs a battery. Also includes AC adapter and mounting brackets and remote key pad.
