The Space
Your Room: Located on the private third floor with its own private bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower.
The Home: A newer construction smart home where you can easily control things right from your phone such as unlocking/locking door, AC, etc. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished living room, and new in-unit laundry machines.
AC: Individual AC units on each floor so you can easily adjust the temperature to your preference.
Roommates: You'll be sharing the home with two friendly female roommates.
Backyard: We have a small backyard with grass.
Trash: We have personal recycling and trash bins, trash is picked up once per week.
Parking & Amenities
Parking: Tandem garage (2 cars), driveway, and parking spots available, plus plenty of additional guest parking and street parking.
Property Perks: Monthly pest control, fast and reliable maintenance, and the community is pet-friendly with a park!
The Process
1. Application: Apply directly through the leasing portal with our leasing manager.
2. Deposit Swap: Pay the security deposit directly to me to complete the proper tenant swap (since my portion is already paid in and my roommates are staying so we can get my deposit back otherwise).
3. Move-In: Once approved and processed, you're all set to move in!
Note: While this takeover runs through January 27, 2027, the other roommates will be looking for someone to sign a full-year lease starting February 2027 through February 2028, so long-term options are available if you fall in love with the spot!
