Mechanic special 2010 Ford Escape Xlt - $1,234 (Manawa)

Currently doesn’t run, haven’t been able to get it to start after the water pump had failed I believe. I replaced the water pump, thermostat, and sensor for the cylinder head
Won’t start due to p1299 code and can’t figure out how to get rid of it, needs battery as well
Also has a brand new front subframe installed which is common to rot out in these cars
