MASTER BEDROOM:
Master bedroom is semi-furnished with box spring and frame, large closet, dresser, desk, 2 chairs and curtains. It's on the second floor along with 2 shared full baths and 2 other bedrooms.
PETS?
Sorry, NO more pets - 3 indoor cats are enough! They remain on the first floor
RENT INCLUDES:
Heat, A/C, Water, Electric, Internet, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fully Stocked Kitchen: plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, etc. plus some general household items: toilet paper, garbage bags, light bulbs, unscented cleaning supplies, unscented laundry detergent, unscented dish soap, dish towels, tin foil. Modest Storage avail in basement. Gardening is encouraged as food prices are getting ridiculous.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is not included in the rent. We are not guests. This is our home.
Everyone cleans, takes out trash, sweeps the floors, shuts off lights, empties the dishwasher, fixes what is broken or lets me know ASAP, etc.
THE HOME--
Newly Renovated 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 sitting rooms, 1 kitchen with lots of storage, 3 refrigerators, washer/dryer and lots of ceiling fans. Very quiet and peaceful as the sounds from a TV or music stays in the bedrooms or headphones are used.
All housemates are/have been single, mature adults - over 40yrs - and have lived comfortably w/others for many years. Most have been long term...... Very rare overnight guests... Laughter encouraged.
No politics, no drama and no colognes /perfumes /scented products are used or worn in the house.
AREA
10 miles to LBI beach but why bother when you can garden or sit outside in a great breeze.
Near to Costco, Target, ShopRite, BestBuy, WaWa, Diner, Doctors, etc.
