I am a single Christian male seeking a private unit or housing. I am not a judgmental type and believe in neutral peace. I am open to Sacramento and areas around Sacramento. I am clean, have no pets, and don’t smoke. I am not looking to have overnight guests or people over. I have worked my last 5 years in the social service sector at a homeless shelter. I am currently seeking new employment in Sacramento and plan to be employed by October 1st, although I do have savings and also do small construction and contracting work as a side gig. I am looking for a quiet, peaceful space to sleep, and I like to be in bed by 10:30 p.m. About me, I enjoy getting coffee, trail running, and sometimes getting sushi. My goal for a move-in date is October third. I am looking for a normal price with a reasonable deposit. I have been scammed on rental applications and am looking for someone to meet or speak with like a human so I know it’s real! I will pay my rent on time and don’t want to bring hassle. I originally was born in Sacramento and played football for Oak Ridge High School. So, this will be fun to come home. Thanks for considering. God bless.
