I wish we had a President, and an Administration, that was reasonably honest. Not asking for complete and total honesty and integrity, because no politician is completely honest with unimpeachable integrity. It's just that Trump and Co are the most dishonest group in history. They are of low character and lie if their lips are moving.

It's a given that Trump is lying. Unless he's flattering himself, anyway. The man won the birth lottery and inherited 420 million dollars from his father. Just think what someone with a grain of intelligence could have done with that money. Trump failed at everything but being a celebrity.

Trump, in practice, is the loser he despises so much. He won the birth lottery, and he's the biggest grifter of all time. So he does have two wins under his belt. Only one of which, the grifting, can he claim credit for.
