Maintenance tech available! Need 2 bdr plus rental

I have tons of property maintenance and repairs. Will do do continuous work on your rental properties or flips. For rent or cash. I am in desperate need of a 2 bed or bigger house preferably w garage or shed. Apartments also considered. The rental must be in Blair county. I work a full time job daily till 3:30 m-f. My wife and I had an abrupt split. Very unexpected and I am staying place to place. I need a place for my son to be able to come and stay with me on and off. I have enough for security deposit at this point and would be able to work of the first months rent or in a continued agreement. As I said I work full time as Biomedical technician and Fresenius health care. I make plenty enough to pay rent and bills, but this being a blind side I had no money aside. I am paying for hotel rooms which is not cheap and not allowing me to bank much. I previous had my own flooring and tile business and also did many full remodels, floors, tiled shower surrounds etc. will work very very reasonable for helping me out. I also have. Contacts for roofing, siding, additions etc that will do work cheaper than anyone around. Please if you can find away to help a father in need, I will make it worth it to you. Thanks
