Compensation: Commission-Based + Bonuses (Top performers can earn six figures)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and helping homeowners through the roofing and insurance restoration process. Prior roofing experience is helpful but not required we provide training for driven individuals with strong communication and sales skills.
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will generate leads, inspect roofs, educate homeowners, assist with insurance claims when applicable, and close residential roofing projects.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads
- Conduct roof inspections for storm, hail, and wind damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, repair/replacement options, and insurance claim processes
- Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when needed
- Prepare and present estimates and sales proposals
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams
- Track leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone/tablet proficiency
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience is a plus
