What You’ll Be Doing

As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for helping identify and hire CDL drivers, dock workers, and other support employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting CDL drivers, dock workers, and support employees
• Contacting potential candidates by phone
• Making approximately 30–50 outbound calls and handling 15–20 inbound calls per day
• Conducting phone interviews and candidate screenings
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinating with hiring managers regarding staffing needs
• Tracking candidates and recruiting activity in company systems
• Maintaining accurate records and candidate information
• Ensuring candidates continue moving through the hiring process
• Working toward measurable recruiting and hiring goals
