Cookies And Cream, a new dessert shop in Madison, Alabama, is looking for a talented and dependable FULL-TIME Cake & Cookie baker and decorator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a creative eye, and can produce attractive, professional-quality cakes and decorated cookies.
Responsibilities Include:
• Baking and decorating cakes, cookies, and other specialty desserts
• Working with buttercream, icing, piping, lettering, borders, and decorative designs
• Creating custom designs based on customer requests
• Maintaining consistent quality and presentation
• Preparing and organizing decorating supplies and work areas
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Assisting with other bakery-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous cake and/or cookie baking and decorating experience strongly preferred
• Good attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food-service environment
• Availability for a FULL-TIME schedule
• Background check is mandatory
Compensation:
Salary/pay will be commensurate with experience and skill level.
