Stored unused for about 3 years with an empty tank. Fresh gas added — engine sputters and sounds like it wants to start but does not run. May need carburetor cleaning, a tune-up, or other repairs; I have not diagnosed it. Selling as-is. Good project for someone handy with small engines, or for parts. Some surface rust and cosmetic wear from outdoor storage.
