Track all shipments for on time pick ups and deliveries.
Assist Drivers with all dispatching needs
Answer incoming phone calls from Drivers on the road/Brokers/Tracking
Work with all drivers and monitor schedule changes/address verifications
Communicate company policies and procedures to drivers, monitor performance against standards, and recommended corrective actions to management.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
Samsara/Fleetone Experience - Can be taught!
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
