I'm currently having a mechanic install a new fuel pump & sender assembly! The RV should be available for people to come look at in less than a week!

Registration: Certificate from DMV as NPO (Planned Non-Operation) because I don't use it.
Questions that have been asked and answered:
1) Is the 1,960 mileage original?
Answer: I bought it when it had 1,895 miles, and it came with an 'Odometer Disclosure Statement' from the seller who certified that odometer reading. Currently, it has 1,960 miles on it, which lets you know how much I've used it.
2) How long has it been sitting, and when was it last driven?
Answer: Drove it about two weeks ago.
3) Does it currently start, run, drive, and stop properly?
Answer: Starts and runs fine. Breaks work fine and emergency break works fine too.
4) Are there any known engine, transmission, brake, or overheating issues?
Answer: No issues that I'm aware of.
5) Has it had any roof leaks, water damage, soft spots, or mold?
Answer: It had a roof leak, but that has been fixed by replacing the headliner and also using rubberized paint on the exterior roof. Also, since buying it I have done the following: (1) removed the interior carpet and installed wood floors, (2) installed a new headgasket, (3) a new fuel regulator, and (4) a new fuel filter.
6) Do the generator, refrigerator, air conditioner, furnace, water heater, plumbing, and electrical systems work?
Answer: I am not an RVer. I bought it because I was planning on taking a trip, but then a relative talked me into buying airline tickets and a rental car instead, especially because I was traveling by myself and I'm a disabled veteran. So since I never used it and don't know about RVs, I've never used any of the those things. Headlights and tailights work fine. Those are all I've turned on.
7) How old are the tires?
Answer: Not sure how old the tires are. There are six tires total and the tread depth ranges from 3/16" to 3/8" depending on which tire you measure.
8) Is the registration current, and has it passed smog?
Answer: Register is current as "Planned Non-Operation" because I don't use it. It just sits in my driveway.
9) Is there anything major it would need before taking it on a trip?
Answer: I do not know as I have never taken it on a trip and I'm not an RVer. I bought it because I planned to take a trip (despite the fact I'm not an RVer), but it's too much of a learning curve for an old man, and my relatives reminded me of that after I bought it. In other words, I should have consulted with them first. Therefore, I apologize for not knowing more about it and not having a lot of answers. Any RVer would immediately know more about how everything works than I do.
