Reliable Preservation Crews and Contractors Needed

BW Preservation is seeking experienced, dependable contractors to help us care for foreclosed properties throughout our service area. If you take pride in quality work, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Available Work
• Initial secures and property inspections
• Property condition bids and damage reporting
• Trash-outs and debris removal
• Winterizations and de-winterizations
• Roof patching, tree trimming, and mold treatment
• Grass cuts and general lawn maintenance
What We Are Looking For
• Experience with property preservation requirements and accurate damage reporting
• A strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and on-time completion
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• The ability to complete assignments within a 48-hour time frame
• Professional communication and accurate reporting of all property observations
Compensation and Payment:
Compensation is provided per work order. Your first two completed jobs will be paid on a net-30 basis after inspection. All following work orders are paid by direct deposit, bi-weekly.
Our internal quality-control inspector reviews properties daily. We value dependable contractors, maintain fair expectations, and believe excellent work deserves a strong working relationship.
