Have a Huge Holstein Steer for sale. 3 years old (well over 2000-lbs). He was a bottle calf (very friendly) that was pasture raised and grass finished (he gets a little stock mix in the bunk as a "treat"). Open to options: if you were wanting to pick up and take to a butcher, pick up and keep as a pet, or have a On the Farm Butchering Service arranged (will need to be gone by December). We have processed a Holstein Steer last year and and everyone was pretty happy with the yields and the taste of the beef.
