Custom made. No stains, nothing torn. Near new. Bought at Lowe's. Used for a year and then replaced. Should have taken a photo when they were hanging but didnt think of it at that time.
There are two horizontal aluminum head rails on tracks with plastic brackets and a wand to transverse across and also to open and close the slats (louvers). Each one of the head rails is 128" across. Each vertical slat is 51.5" long and the width of each slat is 3.5" (see photos). There are 42 plastic brackets on each head rail and each bracket holds a vertical slat. There are two valences that snap on to the headrails. Assembled in USA January 2016. The price for each one of the vertical blinds is $95 (head rail, valence, valence clips and slats). Price firm and cash only.
