Complete mower fully functional but not running due to a carb issue. i have a brand new carb i will include with it. I also added a homemade electric start but you will need to bring jumper cable to hear it crank. Good 11HP Briggs engine. you can easily have it running with a few hours work. $250 cash OBO. located near Macedonia. i am injured/disabled so i cannot help with it and can no longer use it.
